Hello everyone, my first post so bare with me if the answer to this question is common knowledge as I'm still a bit new to the whole Audi scene  I've just bought myself an 03 plate A3 2.0 TDi Sport and will in the not so distant future be keen on dropping the ride height a bit. Not wanting to spend a fortune so Coilovers are out of the question, but what kind of drop (if any??) could I expect to see from fitting the later S-Line springs to my Sport?
Any info/pictures/recommendations etc will be gratefully received

You'd be better off fitting Eibach springs. These drop about 5mm more than S-Line but have better ride quality.

It will shorten the life to an extent. It depends on how low you go and how you drive it. Usually a 30ish mm drop will be ok on factory dampers.

Cheers was gonna go for some s line springs myself but may just go for some different ones with a lil more drop!
