Fitted my H&R springs today and they transform the look of the car.

When I was down in the pit fitting the springs I had a good look around the exhaust to make sure i didnt have any more problems with the Milltek and a general look around the car.

I found traces of oil on the underside of the haldex unit, the cross member to the rear of the car is also covered in oil. I will be calling audi first thing in the morning.

Couple of pics, you can see the one of the cross member where i ran my finger through the oil.

I will keep you all updated

Nate, got the plug for the RNSE so just have to get the alpine unit so that will probably be just after xmas! had to buy 2x235/35/19 Goodyear F1's last week :(

I don't have coils anymore chum, H&R springs all the way!! 225 are too expensive :(

I replaced by 235's with 225's a few weeks ago, and got a good deal on some Continentals - was about £570 for 4 IIRC.

I found the 235's rubbed a bit after I put coilovers on, so was happy to spend a little more for the clearance the 225's give.

Stretch = clearance, Clearance = You can go lower, Going lower = Looks better, Looking better = win

Yeh i had this problem and Audi put a new diff seal in. 3 months later looked under the car and more oil.

My dealer now has a second seal on order. Hopefully they fix it properly this time.

Might be a wardrobe RS6 if you ask nicely, lol

Its booked in at Sheffield Audi on Friday, wonder what shed they will lend me

Make sure they put some fuel in whatever they lend you!.....last time I visited my dealer(!),they gave me a car with about 2 litres of petrol in it,and a one way road to the nearest garage 5 miles away.

well it went in Friday, the A4 loan car was full of go go juice. Got a phone call at 3pm to say your car is ready for collection BUT its not been sorted as we need to order some parts, despite me telling them it needed new diff seals when i booked it in. So its got to go back in on Tuesday

Do what i do Matt, keep hold of the courtesy car till they have completed the work, that way your not back and forward like a yoyo!

I agree with Wes, but I reckon they just left it sitting there & didnt even touch it Matt, typical audi thing if busy.

Its ok Nate, I believe yer, only cause I know you favour sheep & here's a guide:
