Siena ripped me off

I know a lot of you look at Siena has an alright guy but the fact is he is not.

I have been a friend with him since arranging for his B5 A4 to be converted in to a RS4 body A4, not to mention the great deal on the cost to have it done where I had mine done.


Now my problem started after my car was stolen and trashed and I decided to break my car up and he wanted a whole load of parts that he needed for his V8 conversion.

RS4 uprights with drive shafts
B5 RS4 front brakes
Steering rack
RS4 carbon trim

I also had a set of B7 RS4 disc drop off to him to see if a so called engineer could replicate them.

Anyways things started going wrong when I gave him a set of A8 Sport rims to sell on but was advised the deal did not happen but he would try and sell them to someone else which I agreed to. To cut a long story short he sold the wheels in April and when I had someone who wanted to swap them in June for a set of B7 RS4 reps Siena advised me he sold them two day prior, this is now July mind you. Well a few days later someone posted up on Audi-sport.net that he had bought some A8 Sport rim and fitted them which sent alarm bells off because A8 Sport rims are rare so I PM'd the guy only to be told he bought them in April from Siena.

I called him out and he denied it first of all till I told him I know when he sold them and he had to come clean trying to say he forgot when he sold them.

Since then I have tried to get the money he owes me which is around $800 plus other parts he did not want although he’s keeping the rack and upright plus brakes as they are now on his car but he has arranged numerous of time to drop the other parts off and pay me but till this date no joy to date and last week I gave him a dead line of Friday and he has made no contact.

A lot of these info can be proved with emails and PM's plus I like to think my reputation on here and other forums will be enough for most of you to know I do not call people out for nothing.

Mate I have given Siena months to pay up and I even CC in a Mod on some of the PM's trying to sort this but to no avail.

I do not like hanging my dirty washing out for the public to see but I have not been left with any other option and hope this will shame him.

I would like to see his side aswell though, as I remember a while ago someone did this to him & it turned out it wasnt his fault at all, he conducted himself honourably as such, I'm sure was him anyway.

Lets not bring the 2 situations together, I think at the time it would appear Siena was right, so lets not use that situation as a reason to judge, from what I recall he was infact in the right that time, this time it appears different, but I welcome his input as seems kinda out of character for him TBH, not saying its untrue, but hopefully he'll comment.

i saw the link and especially after the headlights issue i wouldnt be pointing others in that direction for vag bits.

if there are issues, burying your head in the sand really isnt the best way to sort things out

Either way it shows and vindicates myself that he has been ripping off the Audi community world wide and we should be protecting our members.

I am aware of the problems and yes they should be brought up so people can make there own mind up etc, however posting sienas personal address on here is NOT acceptable. Nor is a user name of DONT BUY FROM DELTA VAG.

I tried to buy a flywheel off ebay, showing stock of 8 units, ordered it with a 3 week delivery, nothing turns up.

Email him, apparently theres been a fire and the loss adjusters are in, but it will be with you next week, two weeks later still nothing, fortunately paid by paypal, so got the cash back and left him suitable feedback.

Also a mate of mine Steve who lives in Colchester, not far from the *****'s lair, tried to buy a 10 bolt flywheel, phoned him up, Sienna said he ahd stock and how would he like to pay, Steve said by cash and would like to collect from his house. Sienna said he'd double check stock and call him back, guess what, never called back and doesnt answer his phone calls.

Not the type of guy you want to do businesss with in my opinion. !

Anyway, anyone that needs a V8 flywheel 10 bolt, I'm getting them machined up myself on a two week lead-time !

Hey Dan I have no issue with anyone speaking up, as you say free speech but by no means free country anymore slim, but as already said by a mod, it seemed like a witch hunt to me, so no offense, I just thought it was unfair until he commented on the subject.

I am 100% behind all of you if he has been ripping the rse out of many people as thats just ridiculous & one thing I despise big time, but be nice to hear from him on the subject.

Also though by the reports coming to light it would appear he's been a bit of a twxt though if the said Delta Vag Ltd is infact him, it could be someone with a grudge overall, but likeliness of that atm is slim as no word from him either.

Yeah trust me had some close friends I once called brothers hit me for a few dollars, actually it was not a few atall but thats another story, really pees me of reading these things cause over the course of the future, he's possibly lost more than he's gained interms of future revenue earnings from his what was good name & workmanship, why **** in your own garden, I never see the sense of this everytime I read/see it, cause it only makes your life hell & it always catches up with you one way or another.

There are a few good reasons / plausible explanations for why it could be happening, but ideally the person responsible needs to take responsibility and sort it out before his name is even more mud.

Something similar happened to a mate of mine a few years back, had a problem with one or two transactions and due to some personal stuff that was happening in his life at the time, he chose to stick his head in the sand, and then it was too late. Name: mud.

Damn shame: I've been reading a thread or two and the man has got some seriously impressive skills.

Technical skills are A1 in my books and I will not say otherwise even if I do think he started running with the V8 project before he could walk but he stepped over the line that should not be crossed.

BEFORE YOU SUMIT, THERE IS AN OPTION CALLED "WHOIS OPT OUT". THIS IS BASICLY TO ALLOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO BE AVALIABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THIS OPTION HE ALLOWED FOR ALL US TO SEE. THERFOR ME POSTING UP HIS ADDRESS I SEE I DONE NO WRONG.

Its pretty natural for the guys on the forum to form their own opinion's when they dont hear from the other party but lets just hope its for an EXPLAINABLE reason.

Alpine: A Whois Optout is only available if you register the domain via nominet who manage ".uk" domains only, and its only available for private individuals.

If you want to register a .com without your personal details being shown, you need to pay some company to register it in their name, therefore hiding the details for you, and that costs a bit of cash.

He is trading as a limited company and as such information like his address is in effect in the Public Domain. A simple search on Companies House will provide the same data, and its also published on his website.

I dont think you did anything wrong, and its certainly not a bannable offence in my opinion.
