S-line rear bumper detail

Looking at possibly getting this lower rear bumper detail is this one from Flee-bay any good if not does anyone know where is best to purchase one from?

I'm pretty sure that's the Votex rear, not the s-line.

The car came with the front lip on so not sure if it's vortex? Here's a better pic of it:

Do you know if these are dear to buy from Audi? Excuse my ignorance but is vortex a different manufacture than Audi? or is it just the name of the style??

Votex are owned by Audi, so technically they're OEM...

Cheers for that just had them referbed properly acid dipped and the re dipcoated and lackered looking mint now as had been kerbed before I owned it!!

The votex rear splitter wont fit your s line mate, (being an 07 yours does not have the rub strip round the middle of the bumper or the ridge at the bottom) best mod you could do its buy an S3 one from Audi, they are similar money at look the best out of all of them

Thanks for that, anyone with a pic of the S3 rear bumper in Avus silver? Are they dear? Am still cutting my teeth with Audi prices?

Ahhh I miss read you previous post thought you were wanting to sell it!! Sorry.... Was it expensive? will they fit an A3 3dr or do they do one that will?

They work out about 220 (Nath will confirm) as you have to buy the valance (the lower bit of your bumper) and the S3 insert and towing eye cover.

Because your S line is the 06 facelift, it has the same rear bumper as the S3 so it will be a straight swap. Nath is doing the same mod but he has a sportback so the bumper is different. but the principle is the same.

I believe the you can buy the outer bit and the valance, and it should fit yours. Top half is the same.

Excuse my ignorance Lee, so all I need purchase is the rear valance S3 insert? (not sure what this is) and towing eye cover which is about £220. Don't suppose you know if they come painted or need to be sprayed?

No you will need the lower valance (Comes primed), the valance insert (comes finished in graphite grey)and the towing eye which matches the insert.

bviously you will need the lower valnce painted before you can fit the insert to it. You can see all 3 bits in this pic
