I have a 2007 S-Line Special Edition with the 18" version of these wheels.

I'd like to upgrade to 19" but don't want to go down the after market wheels route, prefer to stay OEM.

Will the 19" versions of my alloys from a Le Mans A6 or B8 A4 fit my car?

My only concern is I believe these are 255 and mine are 235.

I want to stay as stock looking as possible, although that said I may refurb in gunmetal as they are a sod to keep clean.

Thanks

The A6 Le Mans had a choice of alloys - either the BBS 2pc slit rim or the RS4 style twin spoke ones which I'm assuming you're referring to as they look like the RS4/late-spec S-Line wheels:

These are replicas but they are 19s on standard S-Line suspension:

These are the other wheels I've seen some Le Mans A6s running:

I don't know whether I like the multi-spoke 2 piece ones or my current favourite S4's :ermm::keule:

Were they for sale?! Any pics? Is the A4 above lowered? Who put these up here? I don't know what I want now! :keule:

Haha I put them up!

Replicas of both the BBS 2pc style ones and the RS4-esque ones are readily available, for example this eBay seller:

BBS Mesh style:

I've been thinking about getting some different wheels, though I love my LM reps, but I can't find what I want now - I'm looking for the old B5 RS4 style 9-spokes in a 19" fitment but I can't find them anywhere! Anyway I digress...

The A4 pictured is lowered, yes. It's lower than the S-Line setup but not particularly low, so I'm guessing they went for lowered springs & uprated shocks, rather than coilovers.

If you're going for 19s, lower the car! Seriously, it makes all the difference :)

Wow that's a lot of ????'s... :meeting:

I looked at them in a shop called Elite (think they're in Romford area, as i had work there a while ago) though on the website they don't show them!

They weren't real split rims, but looked exactly the same as those in the picture and those on sale in Audi dealers.
The 19's looked good – and they gave me the best price for them with Vred’s on them. Think it was £650 all in. :icon_thumright:

Yeah I had a lot of questions

They have been answered though, thanks lads.

I think i'll have to get some coilovers before I get 19's so im heading towards the s4's at the minute.

I'd like to change the 18"s on my 2.0T S line to the RS4 style, but am undecided as wether to stick to the 18" or go for 19". Would like to see cars with each side by side and go for a test drive in each too....then it would be easy to make a decision!
Anyone done this? I am worried the ride is too harsh with 19s, my car is used for a 45 mile commute each day......love the stiff suspension when cornering, hate leaning, hate bouncy ride on rough roads..... a minor dilemma i the grand scheme I know....

Aren't the 19'' RS4 style alloys found on the A6 Le Mans 8.5J as apposed to the 8J of OEM A4 18'' alloys?
What are the implications of this?

I fitted the 19"x9 2pc speedlines on my S4 with 235/35/19 tyres and they went straight on! Going OE is the expensive way of doing it, but I do think it shows and pays off in the long run. I paid 1500 all in for my newly refurbed rims and brand new falkens!

They are indeed 8.5J but will make no difference really, the offset is slightly higher also if memory serves but they should fit with 225/235 tyres.

What does the higher offset mean, more wheel sticking out, or the opposite of this!
