Hi, just doing a bit of research into my car, would like to post some photos as I believe it is pretty rare. I'll be doing a couple of jobs in due course, clutch/mounts etc...Any advice welcome!!

I see quite a few saloons TQS for sale but very very few avants, does anyone know if there are very many?
 
TQS are only available in facelift variants between 99-01, yes the avants are rarer in the TQS Drizz has one :)
 
is there a link to a photo of yours? have you seen any other nogaro blue ones?
 
Thats not very decent of him?!! Yours is a lovely looking car though. I just have to sort a minor slop in th edrivetrain and a new clutch soonish and it will bee spot on. Very pleased with it though I think it revs a little too high in 5th at motorway speeds!

I thought I'd done the decent thing by replacing the badly de-laquered originals with some brand new BBS:

Hey ho.

Still got the Boleros stored - when I get time to move the 2 sets of BBS, the RS4 alloys, the Ibiza wheels and the Golf bonnet and front end, I will take some pics for you Drizz... Life's a tad hectic at the moment though. :whip:

Yeah sorry i forgot to put it had the BBS's on, but i sold them as i wasnt keen an as they were new it was best to sell them sooner rather than later. Still on the lookout for theyre replacements!
 
what happened with the dodgy refurbed alloys, Drizz?

Nice toys there. As already said.... Seeing an avant 1.8TQS is one thing, seeing a Noggy.... well.. Guaranteed to make you look twice. :yes:

Nice in Noggy Blue, Mines a 2000 TQS Anvant, with a new clutch :p
 
Rallyman, out of interest, how many miles did your clutch do? Mines on 130k and needs doing asap. I'm prepped to yank the engine out for that and a timing belt/pump/mounts repair/replace unless anyone has any massive warnings for an engine out clutch change?!
