My car is now 3 months old and has 1400 miles on the clock and ive noticed the leather in the centre of the drivers seat base looks all stretched. Has anyone else had this and do you know if audi will fix it under warranty

HEADS UP!! i had the same problem m8, i have the buckets, both of my m8 run s3 and they r the same, i went to AYR AUDI where i was told it wasnt covered!! i was like am not haven this! so i foned audi where i was told NO its not covered, So i went to a smaller dealer call ingram audi where the service manager was like Yeah its covered! Mines got the seat retrimed and is now bk fine, so i work my way between to dealers to get my warranty done, if one doesnt do it the other does
Im a upholsterer .Leather will stretch and stretch not much you can do really.
You can take seat cover off and boost the foam up ie glue 1/2 inch or 1/4 foam in middle of the seat. But eventually will go back to looking saggy
I had to boost up foam on car seat out of a bmw not so long ago.
There's one other way but have be VERY CARE FULL. Try it at your own risk!!
You could f**k your seats up they will look brown and burnt!
I wouldn't do this if your leather is cracked and very dry
Leather will shrink by using a heat gun. keep moving heat gun around dont leave it in one spot to long. The Leather will have be to be to hot to touch before start to shrink.
Use a leather feed or cream after when cold!
Also try keep heat away from the stiching!
If have heated seats i wouldnt try this.
Can you get any pixs up leenx?
