New/Changing Seats

Hi all.

Has any one changed there seat in the A3.

I was woundering if the A4 seats are fitting?
I like the extending under knee support that the A3 do not have.

Some info on this would help.

I changed mine for better sportier 8P ones & think A4 seats might fit as rs4 seats seem to fit the 8P, best to go measure up an a4 & check fixings, what else do you need to know overall.

Damn thats a good question, given these were leather & alcantara they wernt cheap, maybe paid £1-1.2k & I got door cards, front rear seats which were all heated & electric lumbar with storage packs & through load, they were a premium set & as for fitting well did all myself including the wiring so labour would have been a fair bit if you did what I did, I had to make several looms from scratch mate & that took me hours/days to make sure was all 100%, but worked 1st time so happy with that, but most seats for 8P are plugnplay so you shouldnt have much more cost that just your seats if you wanted to upgrade, maybe a wire or 2 need swapping round but nothing to bad.

Matt's a sound guy to buy from, the interior is in good condition from what I've seen, so price for that is actually ****** good
