Audi Driver International Meeting Point & Convoy

*******MEETING POINT*******

For any previous attendees, it's the same plan as last year, lets all meet at the Cross hands pub at 8AM, so I can give the passes out, and take a few photo's in the carpark. :photo:
We usually set off Castle Coombe around 8.30AM which is a few miles away in a snake of Audi's :)

These are passes to allow access to the allocated stand, you will need to purchase tickets yourself online or at the door at CC. If you pre-book track sessions online, I believe the entrance fee is waived, need to double check on that though.

For those who can't make it for 8AM, please PM me for my number and call me when you arrive at CC, and I will get a pass to you inside the complex.

Roll on the 10th peeps, see you on Saturday.

I'm heading from Solihull along the M42, and pretty much straight down the M5 and left on the M4.
Anyone heading down the M5 from the Midlands or going through the Midlands, we can meet up at Strensham services around 7ish, or Ideally a bit earlier and leave at 7 anyways.

I'm Coming from South Wales. I'll be meeting CMD some where along the M4 we have not decided where yet. Also S3 Nattie will be with me aswell. Any one from surround areas in South Wales are willing to tag along :)

im rolling wit benskin and CMD, hopefully meet up with mark and stace then and more on route

We will kick around at Magor services if you like till around 7.30. What time you guys looking to be passing there?

Followed the sat nav last year, brought me in a different way, but it saved me about half an hour of queueing though :)

OK, can we have a show of hands anyone going down from the North, like down the M5.

The meeting point is Strensham Services on the M5 which is about an hour away. Meet around 0645, and set off 0700 latest.

Are you asking me or CMD?

Which way are you coming from? I have no problems at all, I will be joining the M42 from jcn3, then M5 and left on the M4, so can meet you anywhere along the way. ;)

For anyone travelling along the M42, I propose meeting at the Big Tescos/Nottcuts carpark off jnc3(A3400) @0600 set off, then make our way to the M5 meeting point.

Just a thought... could somebody thats going to meet up at the m5 services pm me their number?? just incase anything happens and somebody is a little late??
Im traveling from newark near lincoln was thinking just off top of my head i will be going down m42???

If i can work out where that is i may drop in that way... Long drive in a one car convoy
