AMD Technik Group Buy

there MUST be a minimum of 10 people for this to happen and the cut off is Friday the 25th of September. So if your names not down by then, then you miss out. This will not be repeated.

As said above in post #111, this is not limited to 10 people, as many as you want can join.

I wont be able to pay deposit untill Monday 21st.

Fefore i commit to just the AMD remap, what gains am i lookin at from having a milltek exhaust fitted?

actually come to think of it im coming down to AMD on sat to get the trial software done.. shall i pay deposit then??

by the way ben... how long does the free trial software work for?

The REVO trial works for 5 hours driving time.

I have to be taken off the list. Discount does not apply for milltek without a remap. Sorry chaps.

I think it would help if everyone on the list clarifies what they are ordering. Ben has alluded to the fact he might be able to let the odd Miltek discount slip through the net if others are only going for a remp... Could be worth checking exactly how many of us are just going for a remap.

I was wavering to be honest as thought the revo was £399+vat but its £499+ VAT for my 2.0T (£459.08 after discount), but seeing as we also get 10% off on the Miltek and free fitting (£351.19 inc VAT) I'm still in!

However, ideally I'll pay before the end of the month (0% on purchases with my credit card for 6 months or so!)

By the way Sailo, the standard price of £390 fitted inc VAT also seems very competitive in its own right. I was quote £450 at several other places.
 
Can I only get the Revo remap by it self and what is the price as I'm a little confused ?
 
Yes you can only get the REVO map and the price for your engine would be £367.08 including VAT.
 
Thanks, i guess it would be better than Chip'n'Spin remap, heard some stories with them blowing turbos

What do you guys recommend ?
Wanted to go to AMD for a wile anyways :p
 
I am sure both maps will be good and will bring similar gains. Where REVO has the edge for me is the adjustability it brings with the SPS as it gives you the ability to tweak settings yourself to maximise perfromance or tone things down if necessary.
 
Ow but is it set in safe limits? don't want to over boost it and cause damage

All cars are mapped well within there safe limits. If we didn't then we would of been out of business a long time ago.

We re-map 50/60 cars a month so don't worry.

Im also torn between REVO and AMD remap.

So the difference between them are that REVO has the ajustable controls, thats it?

and this is done by connecting the REVO unit to my PC ?

Do you have to get a remap to get a discounted exhaust? I just want a Miltek DP and sports cat. Or maybe a full TB if the price is right.

I think AMD are doing 10% discounts or free fitting on exhausts anyway at the moment:

If you are not on stage 2 already have you considered getting the discount on stage 2 and getting the exhaust fitting with the group buy?
