not sure which one to buy and also , i have never used it before , it's just i am doing more and more with the car , so think time to buy one.

Seems to start from £ 20 for a cable up to £ 300

I have tried cheap cables and tbh they dont really work . Genuine is the way forward, I have bought one and never looked back. A bit pricey but worth the money.

NHN on here sells genuine leads, it is where I got mine from and it was cheaper than any where else I looked.

Cool , the one i see that seams like the one is £ 199.00 though is that the price you are talking about ? If i buy it from the company , it all comes registered , with free updates.
Or should i just by the lead from NHN ? , but will include updates ?

The genuine cables come un-registered. When you get it they have a serial number on them which you register with Ross Tech. I bought mine from Gendan. As said previously, Nigel (NHN) is selling them a bit cheaper I think. (His are the genuine leads - don't get him started on fake ones lol

The £199 leads are I think the micro can leads (I bought this one) but can only be used on 2004+ A3's i.e. Golf mkv chasis
