2.5 Avant oval exhaust tips

looking for ideas for my 2.5 q, ive ordered s line rear bumper and was wondering if anyone has tried oval tips instead of the round tips, something like this rs6

very nice - jsut wish I'd had the balsl to do it, bbut at 130k, mine gives a bit too much of a sooty "puff" when I first boot it off the line....

the only thing i was thinkin about is that the s-line rear looks like its designed for round tips, would the ovals look out of place?

I had oval(ish) tailpipes fitted to my 2.5 tdi cab...heres a link to the thread i posted when i'd had it done....

I am thinking of doing this to mine in due course, IMO those RS6 pipes are too oval and it would look like you are trying to turn the car into something it's not.

Off topic, sorry - Lostbok, I've got more miles on than you and have zero smoke and exposed tail pipes. Get yourself some Forte diesel cleaner and make sure you always run quality fuel and you should see an improvement.
