Stacie, where are you from? I am sure someone somewhere can get you.

The entrance fee is for everyone in the car so as long as you are in a car, you get in :icon_thumright:
 
OK..hope this is recieved how its meant....but i'm prepared to stick a £5 in to help get you guys there IN your cars!
 
I have a big half-oil drum BBQ. So long as it's got enough time to cool down I can probably bring it along. Not sure if my car's on the stand though!

Better check it fits in the Avant first, only ever moved it about in my old Land Rover!
 
Mark/Stace... if you wanna meet me at J13 Sunday morning, I'll stick some fuel in your cars and we can sort the 'donations' out later.

Or, get to mine and I'll take you up... either works :)

Hey Stace, chin up, im sure we can all sort something to get you guys there, TB wicked idea about the Drum, sounds proper ghetto, but if it does the job, thats wicked. :)
 
This is so very kind of you all. We have paid for the camping already tufftybloke:anbet: my little hero for the day has offered to pay petrol for us both!! :applaus:so we can make it IN OUR CARS!! we may need to have a bit of help with the bridge home as they charge about fifty quid a car (well£6!!)

Time is ticking away for me to print and laminate your forms. If you can’t fill out the form your self email me with the info and a link or attached photo of your car and I will sort it out.

Maybe it's no good but if you can get to Oxfordshire then I'll pick you up say by train or something? Too far out of my way to go for a pick-up to South Wales I'm afraid. :(

Glad to hear both Mark and Stacie will be there, if there's anything I can etc to help out with anything let me know. It would be rubbish if the head burger chef cant make it up there!!.

Thanks guys, all this is appreciated. It was just a timing thing, the first time they change the payment day its the first weekend we need it on the friday.

I think we have it all sussed begged,borrowed and stolen..( not really Tom)

BBQ ,Gazebo,some chairs and 2 purple audis will be there. We are looking forward to seeing you all on the day.

Guys i hope everyone has managed to print the screen posters as my links went south in the PM somehow.

Anyone that has still not done one get a move on !!! LOL

Any problems email to myself so i can organise getting them printed on my mother in laws printer(he he) for templates or details to be printed

Due to being involved in an accident today im not going to be able to access a printer before the weekend. Can anyone do mine for me?
 
Right I've blagged a cool box and ice packs for Sunday so we can have some cool storage for the meat :)

I'll bring a few chairs etc too, might be worth bringing some if you have them!.

Byzan A4 HI mate having trouble with my printer would be great if you could please print me a screen id .rog 190 quattro .my car is an A4 1.8t 190 quattro sportline avant in Akoya silver.Thanks.Bet we're all gonna be car cleaning tomorrow then lol
 
I've picked up some sauce for the BBQ today - ketchup, brown and bbq - any other requests? (can't bring meat as I'm camping over)

Err, nah.:sadlike: Too much other stuff to do. Probably get it cleaned though or bring my stuff on Sunday.

Mind you, if I turn up with it all dirty, others on the stand might get embarressed by having a dirty car next to theirs, and clean it for me :whistle2:

all cleaned polished and waxed and with a new MAF and a suprising 290-295bhp ready to rock and roll,car is ready too lol, me an the mrs are stayin up sat and sunday so we off 1pm tomorro, who gona be up there on saturday as it would be good to pop over to the camp site some of you are stayin at and have a chat:)

mark glad you and stace made it, it wouldn be the same without the other half of the organisers and if you need a donation jus give me a holla an ill sort you out ok. roll on tomorro yyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!
