Checked my tent - all good, surprisingly, and I must have had it nearly 15 years. :nyah:

I'll be booking my camping tomorrow all being well....

We are hoping to book camping tomorrow too if all is full then we will be gatecrashing Calvin's back yard!!!!

I didnt have grey hair til i started to organize the show!:wtf:

Rang Wicksteed couple weeks ago, they said no problem booking the same day your camping, just give them a ring early in the day and they'll sort tickets etc for when you arrive.

You forgot to mention is only 2 foot tall as well....and im not one to brag, but I am taller than you ;)
 
what traders/stalls will be there as i cant find a list on the website link.just curious as to what will be there?

Every other show I have been to at Wickstead you are all ushered onto the grass field anyway. But if AS.net have a stand I would much rather be on that.
 
Do you just tell them when you get in, that your going to the as.net stand?
 
I would like to be on the stand too :)

I maybe coming along but its a 4 hour drive :racer:. Can i turn up on the day and pay? And if i payed on the day could i still come on the AS.Net club stand?

Yes to paying on the day dude......and i'm 150% sure the ASN boyz and girlz will gladly let you on the stand!

Just checked the weather for Sunday and it looks like its going to be a good one :)

Afternoon temperatures are averaging at 19 when compared on 3 different sites, so fingers crossed all and lets hope its good for all our sakes :)
 
I've booked my camping now. :)
I'll regret this....

Have ordered the remaining bulbs for my interior LED conversion that I can hopefully get completed before the event - £50!!!
 
jus booked a room for sunday nite in a premier in, ive got to get up at 5am sunday mornin as im coming from south wales so hell of a trek for me an the mrs so to hell with it, tidy meal and a few pints for me sunday nite:)

ill also be pyin on the gate when i get up there, is it gona be bonkers up there cuz i dont want to get up there and wait around for hours to get in an all that, dont want to leave to late an risk it see
 
Scott, dont know about places in Northampton, but Leicester aint far and theres lots of decent Indian restaurants there that you can grab a munch at :)
 
As S4Twiggy has mentioned, is there going to be BIIIG queues getting into and out of the venue or is there going to be like a fast track lane or something like that??
 
Park opens at 10.00am so it will be best to get there as close to that as poss.
Once in you will be directed to the event field where you may just be unlucky enough to be greeted by ME.....and i'll direct you to the allocated pitch.

@Drivebyshooters. I have been to quite a few car events at Wickstead and generally get there around 8.00 am ish. I am pretty sure the park opens to the public at 10.00 and in past events, you had to be on the stand by then or risk not getting to it due to the public milling around.

But I could be wrong in this instance.
 
I think I'll come! :) I'll have a good read once I'm in from work and sort out the details then post again! :) Definitely interested though! :)

We have also booked a hotel room for the sat & sun ...Mark is it ok to roll up before gate's open on the Sunday.???


How many folks making there way up on the Sat from the South Wales area..Looking forward to this now ..
