Small problem, going through my things for tomorrow, and all I have is the club display card that goes over the mirror, no tickets?! Is that all I need?
 
nope you need tickets Andy,have you chucked them out with the envelope?
 
****** great, no Im positive they werent there, just assumed the small card was all I needed to get in. Im such a pleb for leaving it so late. Looks like Ive missed this one, I aint paying again!
 
Ive got my Bank statement with £14 withdrawn to Autometrix (ticketing company) wonder if theyd let me in with that?

Voorhees, theres no way you could find out at the entrance for me is there? There's a beer in it for ya lol:beerchug:
 
Will I get on the Club stand still do ya reckon? Like I say ive got the Club Display card with Audi-Sport.net on it

I'll ask the question I have no problems with that...especially if a frothy ones involved :)
I would show up and tell them whats happened if they don't let you in then you pay and this is the legal bit... then later phone your bank and get the money refunded as you have paid for something you haven't received and its fraud.

It was a cracker...a few new faces and plenty of advice and opinions exchanged regarding all kinds of things,I went AWOL most of the day as a few of my homies were with me.spent ages by the Revo stand listening to one of their guys talking tech stuff half of which I didn't have a clue :) but he knew his onions.quarter mile times were slow I think as well.
 
Sounds like I missed out today then! ****** work! Well I should be there for about 11 fingers crossed. Are you guys easy to find on site?

Wish I'd clocked this thread before I went, then I could have come and put my car with you guys on the clubstand (for the whole day!) rather than slum it in the car park!

Was an excellent day... looking a bit beetroot now though!

Nice to meet a few guys from here at last!
 
Seen a couple of you around today.
Bumped into Essthree and Dave in between the many runs up the strip.

Came down with a few guys from the north east, had a very good day and am now very beetroot. :)

Roll on Audi's in the park:)

I'm actually not too bad, had my kids sunblock, which was more like a frikin mask! :)

Good turnout also, and enjoyed the show this year also over last year, didn't have enough time, wish I could have stayed longer.

And also nice to finally meet Rob and Helen, and the rest of the team that turned up new or old.
 
Cracking day today, for us (me and Annie), today was very chilled. Great weather, great company, great cars!

Was good to meet new people and sorry If we didn't get a chance to speak to you all.
 
Had a brilliant day at Inters today.. nice to meet some new people too. Got very sunburnt and actually feel a bit ill now ha
 
Yeah can I just say I big thankyou to you all for making 'one of the noobs' welcome today - I really appreciate it, felt a bit of a tool turning up alone but it was all good in the end! And an extra thanks to Jason for lending me his Phillips screwdriver lol (Sorry I didnt get you that drink, couldnt see any alcoholic bevarages for sale anyway!)

Finally got the Custard Code Phase 1 fitted and as expected im chuffed to bits! Even got my stereo working again when I got home lol.

Did the 1/4 mile run and didnt even bother checking the times - it was my 1st attempt and I messed it up badly - oh well there always next year!

Anyways essay over, and thanks again to those whose came over and spoke today! :friends:

Sorry if i didnt get to speak to everyone i had to go early on the Sunday :(

No probs on the Screwdrive mate, glad you went and took the leap on the map, you can't go far wrong on the CC map, just don't believ the MAX figures and take them with a pinch of salt. As long as the car drives better and goes better for a shade over £250 you can't go wrong

im home :) had a awsome weekend, was good too finally put names too faces. cheers for forwarding my number jojo when i was all on my tod haha.

i've got some pics but they aint come out as well as i'd like :( i'll post them when ive edited them.

I was there today with the sound off guys - lots of amazing cars - my company car boomer drew a fair old crowd - been massing about with a Kord synth running through the system

I got one mate but the quality is very poor.. can put it in the new Inters pics and vids thread if you like though?
 
Good to meet everyone, old and new.
I didn't get as much time to chat as I'd liked as we were hitting the strip pretty hard.

Managed to get home yesterday in 7 and a half hours (500 miles) so now looking forward to next year.

Good going, that's nearly 70mph average....

****** off to have missed it this time, might have to make an appearance at some of the other meets later in the year.
 
It was a really good weekend...much better than it has been for the ladt few years atleast. The weather held up pretty good too!
