Thanks kev, just put the black wheels on today, looks like chris's S3, doesn't move like it yet though
I'm the same, not sure what to choose, i think i'll be going hybrid and a custom map, need to get my downpipe/sports cat done first
sandip your car is mint. I remember when I was looking for my nogster, I seen yours for sale and was honestly thinking about giving you a ring. I wanted a complete standard S3 though but your car has made my mind up about spraying my grill, thanks dude
Thanks matey, i think its just a case of trying things out and taking a risk, i have a few things up my sleeve yet, just have to be careful i don't go to far, theres a limit to how much you can do before you start to ruin the car

That looks really good with black RSTTs. Nice and clean too! I had originally planned to use mine, until I decided on the MTMs.
Noggy blue and black looks the best.

Gloss black roof would look awesome on that, seriously awesome.
You could get it wrapped so you can always put it back to stock if you wanted to.

Personally, I'm not a fan of black roofs and I'd prefer to keep the black tones nice and (agressively) subtle. If you were to do anything, I'd go for the aero wippers, a short number plate, LCR splitter, blacked out headlight internals, light smoke tints, and a short black sumpy aerial.
Or do nothing as it looks good the way it is.
I was thinking about black headlight internals. I found a guide on here but cannot see the pics, think because the thread is old. I was also looking at vinyl, can get a full car covered in any colour for £700
£700! thats cheap, wheres that? Whole car in white vinyl would be interesting, I've decided to get the aerial and get my headlight internals done black, does anybody want to do it for me? Or advise me on the best way to take the lights off, last thing i want is to break the headlight washer system or ruin the front bumper fitment

A member on here told me about it. Il get in touch with him and find the company that does it. Do 3 years warrenty on the vinyl to. Seen a White E46 M3 vinyl rapped with a black roof it looked MINT

When i get round to doing the light i'll defo put a guide up, try my best. Tom my lenses need changing anyway, the light brows will be going when i get the lights blacked out, don't think its that difficult to get the lense off, spraying it shouldn't be a problem, i hope!!

Well got to get tires friday ( Goodyear Asymmetrics hopefully or Potenza's ) then getting my ariel sorted will be next. Previous owner has snapped it from the base and the thread as snapped so I thought 8P S3 will be replacing it.

I had a German commissioning Engineer over a few weeks ago for when I was installing a new robot in our factory - he came in a hire car - brand new white A3 - that had a black roof and headlight internals (albeit with silver detailing round the bulbs)

Correct in the first instance. That was outside my flat in the old Earls Court Hotel (Egg&Dart). Used to parked out the front near permenantly.
The second is round the back of Cairnfield Place (just off Midstocket). Is Yates' still on the go?
