Cabby door card removal - HELP !!!

Hi there,

After having trouble closing the drivers window this morning i thought i'd pop the door card off to have a look but as you can guess from the title I failed miserably!!!

I have removed the trim and the four screws behind it and the one at the very bottom of the card but pulling it away from the door I'm finding that the centre section where the handle/rest and window switches are is refusing to budge, am I missing some elusive screws hidden behind some trim?

Any advice gratefully received and I'll also take pics while i'm doing it and post up a 'how to' guide!!

Hey Mark,

I'm not taken mine off but I'm sure I remember reading that there is one/two behind the handle that you pull the door closed with (not the handle to open the door)

yes,from the front i think.mine comes out if i put my fimgers under the switch as if to send both windows up and apply a bit more lift!!!

Right then panel off!! Bad news is.......regulator wire has been chewed up by the mechanism, got one from the dealers and am about to attempt to fit!!!
