Hi all,

My new S3 will be as follows, does anyone know the lead times on delivery at the moment.

MY10 S3 In Sepang Blue ( Audi Exclusive )
Exlusive Controls Pack Black Leather / Red Stitching
Extended Leather Pack Black Leather / Red Stitching
RNS-E + AMI + Bose + GSM Prep
Tyre Monitor
Int Light Pack & Light Rain Sensor Pack
Bucket Seats Black
Rear Parking Sensors
Elec Folding Mirrors
Through Load System
Tinted Windows ( To Follow After Delivery )

Let the wait begin again.

Thats a much better image tbh with that colour, ok I'll give it to you, nice choice again, I think I want a nice orange car next tbh.

A third S3? Surely it's cheaper to get a respray!

Sepang is a nice colour though :cool:
 
Thats a lovely colour. Seen a couple of RS6s with that paint and in the sun it looks fantastic.

Wish I could change my car every year!
 
id love an s3 sportback in this colour its really nice how much is it extra for audi exclusive paint anyone know

Just out of interest Dave, are Audi sorting you out with anything for the inconvenience?
 
yeah how come your getting a new car so soon , i thought you just got the yellow one with all the extra options have you gone off the colour or something....
 
forgot about that cheers jamie my memory is terrible , how did you find the thread so fast about the leak....

So didnt audi sort this out then so basically giving the car back and getting a new one in blue id be chuffed with that if it is the case ....

Ohhh, and Dave, I forgot to say... I think it is going to look amazing in Sepang mate. I hope I get a chance to see it in the flesh sometime :)
 
the search never seems to work for me unless i put the exact title of the thread in which i wouldnt remember anyhow ...

Bin there had the t-shirt hehe. Loved the orange and yellow, just though this blue should hopefully be stunning. I hope!!

O is that it, i'd make sure i got a fair few upgrades on the new one for the hassle.

Great colour! Google only reveals two S3 pics - the one posted and a SB. The colour on the RS6 looks fantastic, almost liquid like. I would like to see a SB and Sepang side-by-side comparison for sure.

I love the extended leather packs you got!!!! Do you have any part numbers for it???
 
Don't have part numbers only order codes for factory build. Im sure someone will be able to help you on that. I would help if I could

TBH mate, as Sepang is similar to Sprint (but a bit darker) I can't recommend the Werkstat Acrylic kit from polished bliss enough. It's reasonably priced, easy to use and has great results.... a nice wet finish, good depth and really makes the flake in the paint 'pop'.
Drop Rich or Clark an email @ polished bliss and ask there opinion... they may recommend the Blackfire kit too... but it's pricier.

Looks really good. In fact extremely good. Love Imola yellow though, will be sad to see it go. I just hope the blue is a stunning colour. Hopefully I will have it for Edition 38.

have you seen sepang bronze metalic on this m5 this is an awesome colour to an s3 sportback in this please ....

I've used the blackfire wet ice over fire kit from Polished Bliss and it looks amazing, worth the extra I would say.(mine looks better than Jamie's, but don't tell him)

Nooo, one of my nieghbours just bought a new Focus St ( blue) seagull pooped and it made a horrendous mess of the clearcoat.

No jamie I won't be.

For me Sepang Blue = Aruba Blue :undwech:

Congrats on it anyway tho Dave, impressive Audi history you're building up there.
 
Ye I have seen those images. Its a bit like when I was deciding on Imola. This colour looks very different under all light and photos'

It's a very metallic colour from what I remember. I saw it n Saturday on a New TT. Was impressive but again was in a garage.

I am very interested in the polished bliss stuff at the moment though
