Very cheap @£4300, the one I saw had normal silver coloured rims, it looks like he's been running the black items, and I'm pretty sure the one I saw as an asian guy driving it, the guy selling this one is called Lee apparently?

Lee could be an asian name or an Alias, and it does have an A to Z receipt which are based in Brum...

Anyway Jimmeh, its not a tad on yours, nowhere near as clean as yours was......but at that price!!!

mileage isn't a bad thing as long as the car hasn't been ragged,a new turbo fitted recently and it takes two goes to start up sounds a bit strange as why wouldn't that be fixed when the turbo was fitted or its the start of a bigger problem.I would walk away

To be fair to the guy, he's priced it accordingly.

I would haggle on the price and try to buy it for around the £4k mark, then put aside a few hundred quid to sort the problem out, which hopefully isn't a major one.
Or see if you can get someone to scan it with Vagcom to see if any DTCs are logged.
