ok update should of been done a while ago...But i've been lazy
Didnt have my car back in till two weeks later. I had a 09 vauxhall insignia black was nice, just one thing insurance company decided they wouldnt insure me on it! W*NKERS. Anyway the guy who went into had a few people phone me and did actually try and get some pha drug dealer to ask people about me and send threats lol. Threat was 'tell ashley benskin he better not go thrugh his insurance or make a claim as i'll be paying him a visit' PHAAA!!!
Didnt go down to well. Guy also said to a few people i've admint it was my fault which is a load of ****. I was slamming on my breaks dont you think if i slammed my breaks on when your doing 40mph be a lot more damage! I slowed down after the first hit, as i was f*cking shocked this ******** rammed me, and i thought im gonna kill him!
How can it be my fault 2 people in my car with me and 2 people in the car he nearly made crash. He hit my car 3 times clear his fault! Got to fill a form out later about my claim.
The guy who went into me phoned me and asked if we could sort this out another way? My answer was NO and not heard from him since had a few miss calls a few weeks ago but thats it. The thing that annoyed me the most he was going around asking people who i was? Etc etc. I'm just like any other 19 year old boy who loves his car lol
and dont take sh*t pha im a softy really
But if im being honest last two weeks my longer back and right side of my neck been hurting quite a lot. Doesnt help that my work chair is not comfortable. Lucky i've had to stopplaying rugby and going gym before this or i'd be p*ssed lol.

Well 3times is a bit much i see you agree guy was obviously on some thing! He had a few people i know call me saying not to go through insurance gonna mess his parents insurance up...Hmm not my problem
i gave him i think 4days to get in touch and he never so i had to go through insurance. Hopefully the nutcase wont be on the road if the insurance is too much.

Hi matey thats a shame about the car. Typical police though. You do the right thing and call the police. Not get out and lamp the t**t leave him for dead on the side of the road and drive off. Police man/woman arrives and asks stupid questions your car why all the money etc, Whilst this "boy racer" is probally going to get away with it. IMHO if he hit you 3 times he was ramming you that sort of thing does not happen by accident. Go through his insurence. Stuff him that way there are no worries and he probaly won't be able to afford insurence next year so he will be off the road mwuhahaha!
Anyway hope you will still come on sat just for the meet

lol was quite proud i restrained myself. I know the force he hit me with i thought the damage be a lot worse.
I know i should of let him over i take. Well i did when he tried again. Was gutted i couldnt make it saturday. But saw photos of yours and Stace A3 and A4 must say looking rather good. hopefully be able to see you both soon if there another met.

You were very restrained i can't honestly say what i would have done. Though you were lucky the damage wasnt worse.
Hindsight being 20/20 had you let him overtake, he would eventually get him come-uppence somehere else, but i hate people attemting to intimedate me so canot say i would have done any different at your age.
