Can anyone confirm what wheel offset is required for a 2002 Audi Allroad 2.7T?

I know the stud diameter is 112mm and the number of studs is 5 - but I've been told the Allroad needs an ET of 20 whilst others have advised I can use an offset of up to 45. Any idea what would fit?

Thanks!

seems to range from ET16 to ET25 depending on the wheel diameter and width

Thanks Fraser. What does it mean if I put on wheels with a bigger offset (i.e. ET45 instead of ET25)? I guess the wheels would stick out more, put would it also be dangerous (extra loading on the studs / rim etc.)?

Thanks

Fraser, i was thinking of 19's on my S6 4.2 current width is 255, what offset are the standard avus 17's and what offset would fit for 19's thanks :)

looking at ETKA the 17's are ET43

19's likely to be ET35 as on the RS6 C5 chassis
