How very exciting.

Seriously, though. Anyone who still has scruffy, corroded, loose fitting, scratched or not-as-good-as-they-once-were lower door trims, do yourself a favour and change them RIGHT NOW.

I've just done the fronts right now. Euro Car Parts charged £19 each, fitting took me a screwdriver and 5 minutes, and they really transformed the car.

No photo, because who wants to see a photo of a lower door trim?

Also today:- Took the time to remove the old "Nigel Grogan of Chelmsford Audi" and "John Austin Servicing and Repair" stickers, cleaned up the rear screen immeasurably.

And now:

Got to agree with the lower trims thang, just replaced them with gen-wine Audi bits (£23 front, £17 rear inc VAT) on my A4 Tqs, dead easy, look great and it's amazing how Austin-Rover the old ones looked!

Yea, verily they are the bogs dollocks. Forgot to mention they were Genuine Audi bits, it seems nobody else can be bothered to make them. £19 inc vat.

And with you on the Rover look! Ha! Check out my Montego 1.8t! It iz phat.

Hmm.. I have noticed for some time that mine make the car look as if it's dipped in the middle.

I don't suppose you have a part number from Euro, do you? Just that we use Euro at work, so would be easy to order. I'm impressed at the price too! Was expecting something more like £50 a piece! lol.

ECP are cheap as chips for these. I paid £14 for my rear one and they come with all the main stealer part numbers and mouldings on them. Billy Bargain!

Don't know the part number, just asked for A4 B5 front door lower trims. They got the right part first tme. And they're 200 yds from where I work!

Did anyone get the part numbers for these door trims from ECP ? I'm just looking at getting my parts to do a service and would like to replace a couple of my naff trims whilst im at it.
