You don't. The windscreen would fall on your face, and the roof on your head.
Is that the one at the front where the tweeter is (interior)?
if so, disconnect the battery (airbags there).
Pull the rubber off that goes round the door frame.
and pull from the top of the pillar downwords - theres around 4 clips.
Undoing the battery is not going to stop the airbag going off, they should have a power storage so they still deploy in an accident when the battery has cut out. The only way of stopping the air bag is to be very carefull. Try to stay 50cm away from every air bag.

Not strictly true! They do however use capacitors which will hold a useable charge for about 30mins. You can safely work after disconnecting the battery for about this length of time.
