Thought I'd start a thread to show the changes to my car as they happen. So far I've given my car the LED number plate lights & LED Boot Light and I've just fitted some after market Angel eyes with Xeon lights. I'm colletting these other bit's to get my car in order.

S-line front bumper - Have
S-line rear bumper with reverse sensor- Have
S3 Air Vents - Have

New 09 Face Lift rear tail lights - Need To Get
S-line facelift Bonnet - Need to Get
S-line Black Grill - Need to Get
Audi S6 LED's - Need To Get
LED Interior light bulbs fitted -footwell, centre and map lights- Need to Get
S3 ChromePaddles - Need To Get
VotexRearSpoiler & SideSkirts - Need To Get
RNS-E -Need To Get
S-Line Steering Wheel - Need To Get
35% Tints all round - Need To Do
RS6 official Alloy Wheels - Need To Get
S3 Bucket Seats - Need To Get


Next mod will hopefully be all my s-line bumpers with my black grill and bonnet put together and sprayed.

For my alloy wheels I'm getting the official RS6 alloys wheels.

Well, here's a few pics of the car as when I first bought it and some pictures of how it looks now.

Are they really xenons??? Never heard of an aftermarket headlamp that comes with them.

Fitted angel eyes to a Focus ST on Sunday and he was a bit dismayed when I told him he wouldn't have xenons anymore.

Should be a good motor once the other mods are on.

Angel eyes look good imo - different to the DRLs most guys try to fit.

Not seen many a3s with angels i quite like them and oem arnt they about £400-£500 quid there pretty expensive to by oem ....

The only problems I had was I had the remove some screws from the front bumper and the two front wheels to get the old lights out....also had to find a place to mount the xeons 2 little boxes...the one that powers the lights and the other that fools the car to think it's running normal lights. other then that it was cool......

I done the same on my old golf - their kind of xenons but what they are are HIDs in projector lenses.

You got the ebay link?

IMO - your going to blow your wiper motor as their is a common probs with HIDs blowing the wiper motors...

I've got a real problem with fussy headlights. As soon as I see a bit of chrome or fussiness going on in there I think christmas tree, saxo fan, tinfoil

Yep...you guessed right I'm taking some of he's mods and doing them on my car as mattandrews ride is the same colour as mine....Plus the fact I love his mods.... My Xenon's comes with a special box to provent anything from blowing...e.g. wiper motors, headlight motors...ect.. I did spend sometime looking for these xenons ...I had to get them from someone who was selling them is france...as no one in the UK sells these.. I'm also looking forward to your mods RS .... One qestion RS ...How much did you pay to get your bumpers sprayed?

Interesting find with the xenons... So all in all how much did you pay for the xenons & headlamps? What kevlin did you go for.... looks like 6000k from your pics?
