There was a post some time last week where some one asked about double gauges, and there was a link to an old thread where some one made there own. They painted the inside red so it was red like the original gauge.

If you run a search you should find it, or look through teh threads, as it was not that long ago.

Yeah i know which one you mean mate, struggling to find the stack gauge's though.
Cheers ben but not my cup oh tea.

sounds like you want my here lol,
i got the stack gauges from demon tweeks, i spent ages trying to find red back light with wihte needle there are omori gauges but they only do a boost gauge in that colour schme if i remember right and its a 45mm gauge so to small for us brits. the easiest way is to copy me with the stack gauges they look awsome and are a really good quality gauge as there stack

Haha yup :), was waiting for you.
I looked all over to see were i could get the stack gauges and only found one website quoting stupidly high prices.
Which is the most important to get, temperature or pressure with regards the oil?

i got the pressure as the 1.8t engine seem to suffer from pressure problems as the oil pumps can pack up and the oil strainers can get blocked up you can get an idea of when the oil is upto temp aswell as the oil will stay at 1.8 bar ish once the engine is up to running temp,
they do 2 choices on the gauges to mechanical and analouge, for the boost your ok to use the cheaper mechanical gauge but for the oil i used the analouge one as you dont want oil all the way up inside your car espcially if it leaks
