I do that when I fart.... not leave tyre smoke that is..... nice. You definately need some facelift lamps though!

Also, If I do that in my car, the result is a huge defacit in my carbon footprint due to the amount of black smoke! Love the sound of the engine mate, well done.
 
^^^^^ got to agree, what he said about the front and rear facelift's
 
buy my S4 and you will be able to spin all four and leave rubber down :)

Ha cheers mate. I fancy some facelift lights but I'm working more on the 'GO' rather than the 'SHOW' at the mo (check out my rhyme).

I've got the engine/turbo mods listed on my page and recently had my custom map tweaked. Although the boost was lower than expected they said it was set up to boost to around 1.15 - 1.2 bar (17+ PSI) so I had a go at carefully setting up a bleed valve and managed to see the figures mentioned.

All seems to be running fine/safely. I will be fitting an AFR kit so I can keep an eye on the mixture at full boost.

i dont get the point of taking a perfectly good 2.7V6 out and fitting a VR6 motor?

Either tune the f**k outta the stock engine or fit something with two extra cylinders ;)
 
Ye, i know its my war cry, but it'd be like unbolting your 1.8T and making an Evo engine or a Ford Cosworth fit in the hole...

Just doesnt make any sense to me...
 
true but at least its an VAG may be he got it cheap or something? even free :)
 
its an S4, surely it already had a perfectly good engine?

Plus the VR6 is nothing like a streight swap VAG or not, especially once you start turbocharging it etc, so even if it was free, its still not even close to making any sense...
