...I'm off to Berlin with 'er indoors for the weekend. No point to this really, I just wanted to wish everyone happy hols and so on. Don't eat too much chocolate, fatties! :lmfao:

I would, but I'm diabetic :sadlike: so just a bit of easter egg for me.

hope your rns-e gets you there.

dont want to be spending the weekend stuck in a field. LOL

My eggs will be in the shape of a pint, made of glass, and full of beer.

Oh, and I plan to make a pig of myself before the Govt puts a 50p per unit tarriff on everything!

I got an easter egg on Monday and ate it immediately then felt sick. I'm just a big kid really :)

I'm the same but I know wife has bought me an egg, so I will have to eat it slooooooowly or over serveral days at least.

Have a good Easter everyone and enjoy your driving or cleaning and polishing or what every else you may get up to with or in your A3.

You guys are terrible, its all about jesus!.........honest

Does he drive an A3 though!!

No but he really struggled retrofitting a FBMFSW to his ark. He thought fitting the RNS-E was bad enough as all it guided him to was the sea! :p

Can I suggest some Bible reading classes!!

Noah was a liitle before Jesus's time.

So maybe Jesus was restoring Noah's ark as a project? I wonder if he fitted lambo style doors and a holy grail holder?

He needed something to take his mind off of work and saving us all from our sins. You got to ask yourself how he did all this and still had time to invent chocolate Easter eggs?

i dont think its very nice taking the pee out of jesus on good friday i mean everyman to there own but iff you were saying this about allah they would be riots if anyone would dare sare anything ....so please can we leave the jesus thing alone

Seems like this topic is going off subject!

I'm all for banters, but there is no point talking about religious figures, (as you don't want to upset anyone) IMO!

Sorry mate did not mean to cause offence.

:friends:

Same here, no offence meant - just a little friendly banter.

I'm back! And it was good. Minimal chocolate eaten, but well fed and entertained. 900 miles and the RNS-E didn't screw me over once :o.k: so the software update did it's thing. Recommended!

Berlin is a fantastic city and the A3 is a fantastic long-distance car (I knew this anyway because I've driven it to Wales twice, but sometimes I just need to appreciate my car a bit more).

Only downside is, on the way back I drove for nearly 5 hours at 120+ mph, in the baking sunshine...I now have a whole Bic Mac's worth of dead bugs to clean off. Fun!

I agree about the A3 being great for long distance cruising. I travel the 900+ miles to Austria most years. When I get there I usually put the car through a car wash straight away just to get rid of the 'bugs'. Can't face driving around in Austra for a couple of weeks with a bug covered car.
