Cupra splitter on s-line

It comes from the Seat dealer in a matt black plasticy colour.
I'd never paint the one on my Leon but then that scrapes on the floor which is why it's there!

is it the big grille or double grille? the shape of the splitter is designed to go with the s-line lip, may look slightly off, but worth ago for 20 kwid!
they are not designed for the s line. they are designed for a cupra r.
so really if you are stubborn enough , they will fit anything.
you will have to cut the 2 center supports down on the splitter, as they sit higher than the rest, as that is how they mount on the cupra r front .
other than that, they are quite flexible, so give it a go.just screw on from under neath with self tappers
im sure they have been fitted to se before.
If you have a go , post some pics, as i am considering this mod myself to my se.
my front grill is glossy my surround is painted gloss so matt black with them would of looked cack imo so i used the same spray and rubbed the splitter down first then sprayed it gloss black and clear coat i think looks much better on mine anyhow the clearence is fine ive never had a scrape once and if you did its undernieth so wouldnt affect paint anyhow heres the only pics i have but i thought it was worth it for 26 quid then paint much better than without anyhow.... and yeah it will fit a 03 sportback but i think yours is before the facelift so you would be better with the votex lip like boydie has the cupra lip looks poo on the older bumper votex is much nicer where as the sline facelift like mine looks good with the cupra imo

marty theres 2 types of grill if yours is facelife like mine then yeah if its like a sport grill the older sline where the fog surround are more smiley looking than mine which are more down looking then go for votex

why it explains it very simple with 2 pics your is the top red a3 mine is the bottom a3 yeah you will get a cupra lip on yours but it dosent look very good your better off getting the votex lip wich is on the top red a3 with the same grill as yours....
He had clearly got the old one anyway, his sig says 2005!
I'd go for Votex (and have done), the cupra lip looks pants on the pre facelift.

the cheaper, but not so good looking cupra
or
the more expensive and better looking votex
i was looking at this thread, and thinking, hmm nice cheap and easy mod that makes a big difference!
i think what is being said is if you have sline- the cupra splitter
if you have se -then votex
but this is all down to opinion.
for the small price of a cupra splitter in comparison to a votex , it may be worth trying the splitter first. Then if you aint happy with it, then go for the votex.
Dont buy the cupra splitter of ebay though, just go to the local seat dealer or even a vag one maybe .They will be cheaper there and no postage
it is your car m8, you may like something that someone else doesnt think looks good

Marty - buy the sline front bumper off ebay - will look much better than adding the votex or cupra splitter to your bumper!
yeah that would look nice i was thinking to get the osir carbon stuff on my car the cupra spoiler like you say would finish it off they have grill surround in carbon four rings backing in carbon side pillars and rear valance they do the bonnet to that laches with the original latch would keep that lava grey though i may do it over the 3 years i got the car it would look nice with my colour i think...

i have an 05 plate audi with the pre face lift front end so the two grilles as u have already refered to it as!
i am looking to put the facelift bumper on and im unsure if the this is do-able! i really like this style on this pic any help would be very much appreciated!
also why im on the subject i have a set of black s3 18" alloys and im toying with the idea of throwing a set og cupra R alloys on! what ye` reckon??
