I'm in desperate need of a continued coolant pump anyone got one forsale???????

I have rung audi and they said £98 for pump and its the water pump that is exchange not the secondary pump........gutted!

Any other ideas anyone?

It will if you dont cool the car down before turning the engine off.

I read a post on here bout being able to hear it running after engine is turned off and cant hear it. There is 12v at the plug but doesn't work so i'm hoping a new pump will sort it.

oh right, mine does it but not all the time...... most likely when jacko says...although i did run my car several weeks ago from cold for about 3 mins then turned it off and the pump was running then too? bizarre!!

The after run pump runs as soon as the engine is cut off, no matter how long its been running for.

The Anyone thing was about the fitting bit not the finding one......lol so not mardy happy because i'm getting one. cheers buddy for sorting it for me. Whats gonna be easiest; collecting,meeting????

Well i have picked it up.
Not sure what it looks like off the car tbh...
From looking at it its 2 hose clips and a power plug. childs play

Hmmm can't say as i've ever heard any pumps running on mine after logging off.... where's it fitted ?? i'll investigate

if you lift your bonnet it will be at the top of your radiator to the left. it has a plug on the top and two hoses coming out of it. sits at an angle.thats where mine is anyways. good luck
