have a mate living in sydney, told me about the fires at weekend, he was out on his gsxr, always anoyin me with the heat when were baltic, sure is hot out there the now, aussies have drafted in a special task force to find the arsonists, the body count going to hit 200 seemingly............

Australia is a massive country! The climate varies hugely from tropical Darwin in the north to more temperate Melborne in the south. But "generally" yes it is hotter and drier than the UK. You might want to do a bit more research before you emigrate though ...!

was thinking of emigrating there few years back, my mate in sydney doesnt like it at all, he half way through a 5 year contract, my other mate did 3 years, says he would only go back for a holiday ?
another guy i work with was there for a2 years, first year him n family loved it. he moved back last year and was delighted to be back.
i suppose you have to check it out for yourself, i might love the joint......?
i wanted canada more but couldnt face the winters working outside......
