Does it cost me any money for Audi Service centre to check my car for Problems ?

A health check at audi is basically a hook up to the computer to see if there are any fault codes and they will have a poke about with a torch and tell you that you need a new tyre or some brakes! 
In my experience a dealer will always charge 1 hours labour to hook your car up to the computer.
They would have to be incredibly bored or very generous to do it for free. If your car was being serviced or having other work done then yeah you could get it done inclusive.
If I was you i'd get it checked out by a local specialist. They will always have Vag com and be able to hook it up for a much more reasonable fee. My local place is Midland VW and they do it for £15 or sometimes for a "drink" if they are in a good mood!
Alternatively post your location on here and cry for help, there are a few members on here that have the right equipment if your nice to them!

Do a health check (diagnostic check) to see if the car bringing up any fault codes i think. They do a road test. Im not 100% sure myself. Some on on here probably come along soon and be able to tell you a bit. not sure of the price friend who has a 03 audi a3 said my local audi told him some thing like £120 or some thing.
find a good local indapendant as they are so much more helpfull!! also Skoda/seat dealers have all the same computers so can run the checks, you may find that they are a lot cheaper than Audi.

My Audi a3 is a Cat D ...It's been fully Fixed. But I'm hearing a knocking noise when I reverse on full lock and full lock sometimes when I turn. I was wondering if I could get them to check it out. But I don't won't to be charge loads of money for a check up. I also have The Vag Sofware so I got that covered.

They will if you mention it charge 30 minutes worth as a quick run of with 5052 takes minutes to do, eg. vcds will do a can scan in matter of seconds, any thrown codes then you can go into modules to check whats up, if no thrown codes then nothing audi can do to diag the faults, so you then have hours of labour to take things of/apart etc etc, not all parts on car have sensors to say ye I'm fecked change me, lol, so might be a fruitless cost, find someone with a vcds who would kindly scan for you, be either free or cheaper tha audi

Sounds like a CV joint issue to me, any decent mechanic should be able to diagnose that for you.

Yeah CV joint went on my beetle, started making a similar knocking noise to what you have described.
On a cat D, chances are some parts will wear quicker due to the impact on them. I've owned a few Cat D's over the years and nearly always they have some issues with the ARB's, Wheel bearing or the driveshaft areas.
