Automatic Wipers and Headlight defective

Now the peopel having a bit of a problem with the car at the moment this happened last year well abotu 9 months about and i had to fork out over £200 fitted for a new wiper motor.


Mine has the full sensor system and also has auto headlight adn so on a so forth that come with the autosensor stuff

i just asking if anyone else has had this problem?.

and how they remedied it ?.

Have you done a vagcom scan? If so what errors did it show up?

I assume aftermarket HID's as per your sig & image, this is the issue, you have to replace the wiper motor & remove the aftermarket kit or you'll get the problem again, buy some oem xenon's & fit & wont have the issue

the thing is they have been in with a relay for the past year and have been working fine and had them in my beemer before and they never had a problem with them ...

but how much is Xenon's gonna cost me ?..

more then i can afford mroe then likely.

yeah it came up with no signal to bus

left wiper motor fault

and sensor fault

Well considering cost of the wiper fix etc then its not that bad tbh, check on AS as in last few days 2 people have said they have xenons for sale on 8P

realistically about £400ish for proper xenon's depending on the market. There is somebody on the forum selling a pair at the moment if you check the listings.
