1.8 turbo or s3

Thats for 8L A3/S3 1996-2003. But if your just wondering if a 1.8 is faster then a S3 (if im thinking right the current model 8P 2006- against a older 8L 1.8) The answer would be no.
Standard 8P are 261bhp -265bhp and Standard 8L are 210bhp-225bhp (not quite sure on the 8L sorry)

I wouldnt mind a 1.8 rather that then 2.0tdi (140)
Took one for a test drive and they are quite nice to drive and can move
