My first proper watch, went for a Seamaster Pro :D

Managed to get a nice discount at Beaverbrooks. Watch arrived today and inside is £500 of vouchers too. Can be spent on Jewellery between now and end of Feb.

If anyone is thinking of buying a watch, might be worth looking at.

If anyone is thinking of buying some expensive jewellery, pm me, I'd be happy to do a deal on the vouchers to save you some cash.

Does it have a gps tracker and a button which you push to call your private helicopter?

hehe no, but it looks ace... now I just need to hang about in bars hoping birds will ask me the time ;)

£500 of vouchers? for any purchase? LOL...that would be nice since I'm getting my Breitling soon :)

no, I meant tne pruchase value to get the £500 voucher...is it any purchase value, any minimum?

Ah sorry, doh, basically you get £100 back in vouchers for every £300 you spend. :)

have you bought it already? :) Expect them in the box with your purchase, if they are missing call them ;)

Haha, so i was MISTER cool back in the day hey....(shame about now tho') LOL

Nice one, love watches, Omega man myself.

Klauster hows the RS4, what is the real mpg like and the servicing costs? Defo on my list for my next car.

I had a speedmaster that constantly broke, ok for walking on the moon but couldn't handle the recoil of my Mauser.
Got a Seiko titanium chrono instead. Smaller, lighter and hasn't broke yet.

I am horolophobic so I need to constantly know what time it is, there are four watches and a clock on the bedside table so its easy to grab one when I wake up in the middle of the night and need to know the time.
So now you can see why I need a reliable watch :laugh:

Well I have to say my Tissot Touch is fantastic, titanium & stylishly modern, paid alot less than the Omega, think was about £300 but I wouldnt pay anymore, I hate rolex, breitling, tah heuer, etc, I only bought for the technology touch screen & the orange strap, lol, best watch ever bought though, I usually buy Skagen Titanium as original but lately they've looked *****, so upgraded only ever time(excuse the punt) & havnt regretted

Ive always loved good watches, and currently fancying a certain breitling chrono superocean - unfortunately watches are rediculously expensive in Oz, so will need to wait until my kidney sells on e-bay, or I'm on my next overseas trip.

I'm currently wearing a Seiko divers chronograph and I broke the glass - local repairer said its very unusual and the glass is 3.8mm thick, with a 6 week delivery ex japan
