Have you had a look in the "Post pics of your A3/S3"? thread. There's bound to be some in there.

Personally I think black on black would look a little too KITT from Knightrider, and a dark grey would work better.

stealth certainly will be! you wont be able to see it in the dark black the windows aswell and it will only be detectable by rador ....

i dunno about blacking windows that would just be a bit to dark .. I just want the standard rims on and black will look stealth i don't want it in your face looking .

They're not S3 alloys but they're black with a stainless steel rim.

S3 Mad, i think they will look good, i personally like the stealth look, it will look dark, but if thats what you want...why not??

Are you going to go for a matt or gloss finish on the black wheels??

Also have you got yourself a set yet or not???

I am getting at the weekend i think they are matt black but they look really nice . Just dont wanna clean the wheels when i had my deep dish bbs it was a pain to clean and i havent time anymore lol ...

Good on ya, make sure you get some pics up, where did you get them from if you dont mind me asking....

@mansfield - yea was freezing cold, but was excellent, 250+ people there, for a tescos car park, it was amazing!!! we got there a bit late, but was still a good crowd there...respect to the organisers....a job well done for sure!!

It's not an 8L, but heres my black 8P with black rims. Some people don't like it, but I love the black car with black wheels look.

imho i dont think black alloys work on a black car but its your car at the end of the day so go for what you think looks good,not what others think

Black on black looks tough! Love both those pix.. shame the 8L is a 5 door but still a nice example of what it would look like.. What size alloys are they on the 8P.. still looks tough tho...

On a side note..

My mechanic had an original 'kitt' from the series last week when i went to see him, he was putting a chevvy v8 in it, fully race spec.. Said the owner had to go to court to keep it and cost him over £25,000 just in the law suit case.. all 15 kitts were destroyed except 2, one that baywatch dude kept and one that has now been imported into the UK..

All TV screened up with the wierd steering wheel, all the buttons, fully smoothed over dash and body with the door poppers, little red beam on the front..even has the little speaker with the voice commands when you press certain buttons... was mad to see it up front. Off topic but just reminded me. Look out for it though..plenty of copies but this one is an authentic, he's in the UK.. it now looks the part and will drive like the series says it does.

The wheels on the 8P are 19x8 ZE Forged 2 piece wheels. They originally had a polished rim and a brushed centre, but I like the satin black much better.
