That's fkn disgusting mate, I't really hurts to see them pics and I can only imagine your pain. I hope the feds have leads to follow and insurance pay up quick time!
 
****, what the f**k is going on - just logged on for a few mins and I came across Doc's post...Absolutely gutted and after reading through the various replies and images of the aftermath, I just dont know what to say.
I agree with J7uss's thoughts of checking the area out and seeing what's going on..however, just be ****** careful just in case a bunch of loons turn the tables on you and you end up in a mess.
Good luck, be careful and I hope the ******** get there just deserts, I really do!
 
I am genuinely shocked. I really hoped that when I turned my pc on tonight I would see some sort of happy ending.
What with everything that's going on in the world right now with the economy, employment and ****, I'm sure some of us were feeling low enough anyway right now. But this!, this for me is another nail in the coffin lid trying to seal it down on what is left of the honest, hardworking, decent folk.
I've no comprehension what-so-ever of how you must be feeling Dave, I think maybe if it was me I would have been kicking the **** out of something now for several hours.
I don't know you, we've never met but I am truly sorry for you mate, I really am.
It's not entirely the loss of your car that bothers me so much, at the end of the day it's nuts & bolts. It's the section of society that does this sort of **** to their fellow man.
I'm gonna stop coz this is in danger of turning into a rant and that's no good is it.

There's a sort of 'signature' to how the car has been left, I've seen similar before and it stinks of PIKEYS to me. Got any in the area??

I cant believe it at all, those pics are horrible, it actually hurts to see them, im so sorry for you Dave, i dont think words can express the pain i would be feeling if that was my car, i saw it in the flesh and thought it was amazing and now to see it like that, it just a real shame!!!

Do them over if you find whoever done this, thats the only way to go, but think before you do, you need to do this stuff properly, i know it may sound thuggish and stupid to some people, but at the end of the day alot of time and effort has gone into that car and to see it all go down the pan just like that, I aint havin' it!!!!!
 
Ohh man thats just horrible and plain frigging wrong, I was gutted when that under age driver rammed his jeep into my front wheel arch. And i gotta admit docs is a hundred times worse than that :(

The worst thing is all I can think about is that this was a well planned and thought out plan for the car, I hate to say it but Ive recalled pics of the car with number plate showing and its quite easily been a target for its parts as they are listed in docs siggy. Its hard to think it was a spur of the moment thing upon passing, and they obviously knew what the arches were (notice that the skirts are left on too) due to them trashing them so no one else could benefit from them.

Anyway Im so gutted for you mate and hopefully you get over this horrid act of vandalism.
 
Firstly, so sorry to see what they did to your car man! such mindless f**kwits need a good kicking. I worry about my car getting nicked and it isnt a quarter as good as yours was. It must be making you think is it worth doing again, to be looking over your shoulder wondering if it'll happen again! Well dont, whatever you do come back stronger!!!
 
Theres still a good lot of money in that car apart from the roof of course , but doors arches bumper and the usual stuff isnt that badly damaged and would repair with some effort.
What the ....k happened to the boot lid looks like its been chopped of rather than a min to undo the bolts?
Whats with the paint , must of been somewere before it was dumped people dont go out armed with spray to steal a car!

They even took the BoostGauge, they didnt realise it comes as a unit with the Vent then!Cant be pro's after all, left some of the main ingredients on!!
 
Thats in the middle of a housing estate by the looks of it? Surely someone saw something. They have gone to a lot of trouble to do what they have done so they werent there just for 5 mins to drop the car and there must be plenty clues for the police to give them some sort of lead surely?

I hope they find the scum that did this!
 
Just a thought - sorry to crash Doc's thread. Siena, make sure yours is fully protected and watched over too, especially as its quite high profile due to the hard effort that youve done. As suggested earlier, is some tealeaf watching this forum?

as previous posts im all up for finding these ******* and getting medieval on them! Doc when you can get a list of the parts that are missing so that we can all keep eye an out and hopefully see some of these parts turn up.
 
its prob some chav benefit claiming pikey ******** that done it so even if the police found them nothing would happen to them anyway. Hope they get whats coming to them.

J7uss - I don't think he is going to update you on that sort of stuff - I certainly would not... this could be resolved in a few ways... also any information that may be going to the police will need to be acted upon before being mentioned out in public forums
 
I now know where my car was stripped but need to nail down who they are.

The car was filled with GM/Vauxhall parts which their is only one specialist breakers in the area which was easy to work out, because they fitted the wrong wheels on the car and could only fit one wheel bolt to each wheel so imagine that coming down the road so it was dumped only 5min away from where it got nicked.

Police have been a joke I have witnesses to the car being dumped, I have found where the car got stripped and they have still not rang or come round.

Just to top it off the empty house next to me got broken in by kids I rang the police and they still have not come round what a joke.
 
unfu*kingbelievable!, thats rght the police always pick on the easy targets, not catching the real criminals!

So true, they probably left the most valueable part son the car. Taking the RS4 panels alone would have been of more value I expect.

Doc, please do persist with the Police and your own investigations. With the help of the forums and some local friends you may get somehwere. A friend of mine on the Honda scene had a car stripped with some very rare and obscure parts taken. Police none to helpful initially but after the owner spotted the parts for sale locally, he mamaged to have the Police sucesfully raid the premises.

I'm trying and I mean I am, I 'm also thinking of making a complaint as they have done nothing about anything I have had stolen even when I give names and back up the evidence.

It’s just so frustrating I might as well join the force and do it myself

Its so true that cops just go for the easy targets these days, they dont want to get their hands dirty any more. I see fights break out in the town centre and the police just stand and watch people get battered and they move in once its all over so theres less chance of them getting in a scuffle. They are so quick to catch minor traffic offences too.
What happened to the police being there for us? I feel they are more against us than ever!!
 
the cops in this country are a joke! they dont want to solve crimes its too hard and it involves using there brains! but give them a speeding camera and there up for it anytime. they spend more time trying to catch people speeding than catching the criminals.

i almost lost it with them earlier this year. My Mrs Seat Leon was hit while it was parked up by an uninsured driver who didnt even bother to stop! cops where as useful as a rubber duck, not interested. the car got writen off after 2 weeks!

I did some digging around and found the actual car that hit it, reported it to the police they did nothing! even found a witness who confirmed the car hitting it and driving off. cops still did nothing! in the end? mrs lost her no claims bonus, lost £350 on excess, not to mention the loss on the car as insurance didnt pay out the full value!

If i ever find out who was driving that car mate, ill make sure they never drive again!
 
Yeah I 2nd that they are absolutely fecking useless, they need zero tolerance full stop, no fecking about anymore, you wanna be lippy u spend week in hard jail, u assault someone u goto jail & do hard work, make these lags do hard labour inside not pussy footing around with these jailed for 5 years out in 6 months ballshite & get treats, no money, no nice things, just basic food & hard work maybe that'll make them think twice.
 
I can add 2 further cases for crap police :(

My own car was driven into by a drunk driver. The neighbour over the road saw teh incident and the driver. I contacted the police and they did nothing. The driver denied driving the car and the police said they could do nothing. Truth is they couldn't be bothered and bought into the drunks Dad's arguement that I had driven sideways into her car and they should charge me. ***. In the end the polcie did nothing and her Dad bought her a new car. I was fuming.

Mate had his back door kicked in by burglars. Fortunately they were scared off by a neighbour. After 2 days the police came out and had a go at my mate for resecuring the door, obviously he's supposed to leave it wide open with his wife and 2 toddlers in the house until the police bother to turn up. After moaning about disturbing any evidence they issued him with a fixed penalty notice for the numberplate on his car.

Maybe the cops these days should stop eating so many pies aswell so they can chase the criminals would help, I mean feck me how the hell are some of these porkers supposed to deal with fitter, tougher people, no wonder they lose respect from us as one thing anyway, no wonder they're called pigs aswell, police force needs shaking u alot IMHO
 
Sorry to hear of your loss. I know how gutted I'd be. I'm tempted to rebadge mine as a Ford Orion 1.4LX to keep Audi-lusting vermin off the scent....
 
I'ts all about what brings the money in... think about it... the technology now introduced to our roads is the most sophisticated there is... it's what gives the better return £££££££
 
This is just plain wrong. Some bits taken, some left, some destroyed. Doesn't seem to follow one line of thinking - how many different culprits are we looking at here?

Perhaps its about time we had a forum 'meet' round at docs. We could go on a err.. scavenge hunt?
