Hello from new A4 owner.

Hello all, about to be the owner of my first Audi this week after having Alfa Romeo's for a few Years.

Getting a B7 A4 S-Line 2.5 Tdi. It's a lovely car and I cant wait to pick it up.....except I cant until my licence and the documentation for my GT comes back from the DVLA as we have just moved home

Out of all the ones I looked at it had the options that I liked the best (Phantom black, sat nav, armrest, leather/alcantara, parking sensors) and was at the right price.

Only pics I have are the ones from the dealers site...

Been looking around the forums today whilst at work (oops) and already found loads of great and usefull info so I can see me being on here quite often.

Welcome to the site mate, car looks great...

Im sure you can drive without the license and paperwork, as they will be on the system as being all correct and legal if you were to get stopped. It is all done on the National Police Computer system now, so yo uhardly get producers anymore for this reason.

Might be worth checking, as you could be missing out on valuable "Audi time"

The problem I have is not so much my licence but that I dont have the documents for my Alfa GT which I am part exchanging for the A4...so, until they come back with my new address on, I cant swap the cars over
Hopefully they should land in the next few days (fingers crossed) so I will be able to go pick the car up

I hope so too. My licence turned up yesterday so I am hoping the car docs will be waiting for me when I get home today....would be nice to have the A4 for the weekend so I can treat it to a proper clean.

Must say i really do like your a4 was soo tempted to sell my a3 the other day to by a 07 plate a4 s-line 2.0.
How you finding the form and when you looking on getting the car?
Or you still waiting on the dvla?

Finding the forum very friendly and helpfull....and there is so much info that is coming in handy.

Picked up the car last night and now spending the weekend cleaning it. It is such a different car to drive compared to the Alfa GT but, from the couple of journeys I have done so far, I am enjoying it.
