REVO'D!

What concerns mate. Im away at the moment and will definately be booking in for OCT.

I've been preety much presuaded away from GIAC towards revo because quite a few ppl have had a few flat spots etc with GIAC. None as far as I'm aware with revo

David

The concerns I had was with the settings. They werent set using VAGcom and I was worried the Timing setting was too high.

Turns out its fine and the car drives perfectly but still might do some tweaking next spring before the summer temperatures (if we get one!) hit us.

This is my 3rd REVOd car and no software related problems to report.

cheers

Had warranty and servicing work carried out by VW on my REVOd MK5, no problems.
Just had an oil service on my REVOd S3, no probs there neither.

Obviously I havnt mentioned it to the dealer and as the car is otherwise std theyve no reason to suspect.
LIke Ive mentioned in previous threads, there is no incentive at all for any dealer to `nose around` in your ecu and try and catch you out.
Happy to help mate.

Cheers
Paul

I've just got myself an S3 as has my brother, and i've been considering getting my car REVO'd. Is there a best time mileage wise before getting a car mapped? Nice also to see that there's been no problems with dealers as yet. Lad I might go down with was looking at Prosport aswell.
