Chrome or Black roof rails on a 55 Plate A4 Avant S Line

Hi Guy's,

Just on with buying a 55 plate A4 Avant S Line and was wondering what roof rails it should have??

The car in question has black one's but has chrome insert's around the window's, but all the other one's i've seen have chrome!!

Were they an option??

Well, for what its worth, my 2003 A4 Avant has black roof rails...it was an option to have either bleck or chrome....I actaully prefer the black ones now, but apparently cos the VW Passat estate has black roof rails also ithen black roof rails can be frowned upon by some Audi owners..........

Just fitted some chrome one's to my B7 Avant 2.0 TDi S line today.............. look's a different car with these one compared to the black one's!!

I just bought a black '05 A4 avant and the rails are an aluminium look, rather than chrome.
