Apparently this is a £500,000 one-off customised Rolls-Royce.
The car is based on a 1995 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit MKIV is rumoured to belong to the Sultan of Brunei’s family.

personally i find it a hideous looking beast......

Nah mate its legal cause its one of the original plates years ago when cars were thought of that can be put onto black plates, they are the only ones allowed (I think )
