So we are driving along at a nice steady pace when a woman in a Tigra pulls out on us, slowly accelerates to about 40 in a 50 zone. When we get to the two lane section and decide to over take, she has the balls to put her fingers up at us and swear whilst on her mobile phone drifting over the white line. I mean

With all the new technology why don't new cars have ****** hand free as standard. Our 98 model has one not as standard but did not cost too much to fit. Am I wrong in what I say?? Is it just because I don't do it that I find it so ****** annoying??

So don't talk and drive boys and girls as it is fooking annoying especially if you cant drive in the first place!!!

They need to get tough on this nonsense. It's far more dangerous than speeding and far harder to catch the tossers, so a 3 month ban should be mandatory when they do catch them. The worst thing is that it's usually part time drivers (second car, inexperienced drivers who don't do a lot of mileage), the last thing these idiots need is another distraction. Having said that I still see professional van/hgv drivers on the phone which should carry a prison sentence IMO.

Yep...I agree.....driving from Chorley to Birmingham today you see so many people driving with a mobile stuck to their ears.....its basically an un-enforceable law.....but there are so few police in cars these days.......especially on the motorways....

Exactly the problem people wouldn't do it if they knew they were going to get caught, but they know there just is not enough police on the roads and thus carry on their merry way, phone stuck to ear whilst driving with their elbow and putting mascara on!!!
