S3 meet at GTI International 2008

Hey

Just thought It would be a cool idea to get a load of the S3's and other A3's of course at GTI International 2008..

Have for example 3 main meeting points around the UK for each group of cars attending and another meeting point before the venue so that we can all drive in together, great photo opportunity!!!

I went to the show last year and its pretty good, really good mix of cars there and parts for sale etc etc..

Definetly J, be good to hear a V6 next to all those 'weedy' S3's LOL !!

Its not too far from me and for the first year in the last 3 I'll be in the UK so I'd like to go, be good to meet up.

Guys if you look iin the events section, there is a thread on this and arrangements have already begun, looking like we will have a good turn out this year including a couple of porka`s (Ess?), Be great if you could make it MB, dont think there would be a problem with us having an assortment of motors?:icon_thumright:

Cool, if we could get an audi-sport stand that would be pretty cool..

When I say stand I mean place in the run way to all park up together, would be pretty cool to have a good Audi presence there!

They specifically mention no non-VAG cars on club stands.
Mentioned is Audi, SEAT, Skoda and VW...with Bentley and Lambo getting a mention...but oddly the new owner of VAG seemed excluded!
I emailed them...and I'm clear for the parking and sprint.

They may not, however, take to kindly to one of BMWs finest being on there...I suggest you email them to clarify.

It would be a shame to drive there and get put in general parking, if you'd hoped to park with all us lot.
