Magnetc ride suspension retrofit on S3

Hi all,

Do you think magnetic ride suspension can be retrofitted on pre face lift 2008 S3?

German configurator shows it an option of 1050 euro on S3.

It'll be possible, but as to the complexity and any retrofitting complications that may occur from to backward compatability, It may make retrofitting an option not really viable.

I'll be looking into this one myself when a bit more information becomes available as to how the system works, part numbers required etc.

If anyones got an updated EKTA and can pull some part numbers off it'll be a start to whats exactly involved?

Out of interest does anyone know if it can be or has been done on the TT?

BOSE have been pushing their linear motor style suspension system long before Audi (and most other manufacturers) got there! Never seemed to catch on though...

Best would be a factory retrofit kit. I hope they offer one.

I think it's more like handling of a clio cup and comfort of a GTI.
