Looking at the Euro tunnel website if you take an ealry train out saturday and one back at teatime (6pmish) it'll be £140.

We did this a couple of years ago with a group of ford RS's going down to GERMANY, We asked for a group discount and they gave us 10% discount.

No worries mate, there are 4 S3's already (8 people I guess) so should be a blast. I'm pretty sure madalex will come too if we can get hold of him!

Hi Guys,

Sorry, but I can't make it anymore (after booking non-refundable tickets too, typical!) I've just had a very expensive/stressful weekend after my boiler decided it had lasted long enough and finally packed up. There's no way I'll be able to cover the fuel anymore, so I'll have to wait until the next trip.

At least there is one good thing though, they've let me put the ticket on hold until I want to use it (within 12 months) so that should make the next trip seem that much cheaper for me.

Sorry again everyone, I hate having to let you all down like this and I was really looking forward to it. So much that I even told everyone on Facebook! Count me in later in the year though.

I just wondered what is required for converting the lights for europe? I dont want to pay Audi £.... for something if it can be avoided.

Plug into Vagcom should do the trick. They'l charge you though. If you know a mate with one then You've just saved yourself £50 / £60.

I'm borrowing boggysv's VAGCOM at the moment, so if you know how to (I don't) we can set the lights at the services. I prolly won't bother with my car, been to europe many times and its never been a problem.
