I heard yesterday that the full game isnt going to be out until the end of the year.

I havent ordered it online and would like to get the game in store tomorrow, so was looking to see if anyone knew where the cheapest place would be...

Oh ok...the demo on the PSN was just a few cars and a couple of tracks, but this "prologue" is a demo...well half of the game, this one you can actually go online and do whatever you could in the previous ones basically, if that makes sense???

yeah, the online in prologue isn't the same as the online will be in the full version though thankfully... if anything it looks like they threw the online option in right at the end when they realised they forgot about it.

whats everyone think of it so far? what cars people got?

i started with the Integra Type R, now got the R8 and a F430, also have a few other (not worth mentioning)

I think £20 for what is a demo is a rip... and the game went back. I will be getting the full version tho... whenever that appears in 2009/2010

anyone else havin a mare gettin online? it keeps saying i need a update when i try to go online but the download gets half way through and then fails.....aaarrrggghhhhhhh! tried it about 10 times now, if its not careful it will be goin out the nearest window!

out of interest whats the fastest you have managed down the straight on the oval? i have done 193mph in an F430 with a nice tow from a GT-R 07! come on!

Ive actually been slightly dissappointed with GT5P, well I was until I completed Classes A,B and C and opened up S Class and the ability to tune the cars. Now im really enjoying the challenge, imo the game was too easy up till this point, now its got a little tricky and alot more enjoyable.

Once youve finished A,B and C it opens up the S races and also allows you to mod the cars including the gear ratios. Modded my Viper and now managed 209mph. i actually had to lower the ratios in the viper to aid acceleration, as standard it would top out at 342mph in 6th!

Dont do the update from the start screen. Use the GTTV icon and download the update from there. Should work then.

If so what combination are you sporting and what are there pros and cons

Havent got the seat or anything, just the controller thats all...

I have finally completed A B and C, and am now on S Class, i have a few decent cars as well, i think the best out of all of them has to be the Viper....

Also is anyone using the PS3 with a surround sound setup, if so, have any of you tried GT5P in surround and then change the view from inside the car to outside the car??

How cool is it, the sound difference is amazing!!!

The seat and steering wheel makes a whole load of difference. I was struggling on some of the S class races with the joypad, as soon as I got the wheel and seat, they were completed within a few goes!

WARNING! Do not try and save up 2 million credits before completing the S class - You cannot buy the F2007 until then!

I havent got hold of the F2007 yet but there are plenty of people that have. Do a search on the tinternet and you will find!

Some kid was trying to sell the save files on ebay!
