If you click the link it says BBS Replicas at the top of his webpage
 
The first advert placed in/on the 31/07/07 had no metion of replica BBS only on the 20/12/07 did the link appear.

I do have an issue with misleading posts/claims. This debate may well have cleared this up.

There are some who could think they were having the genuine item.
 
Agreed, however this could also leave DPM open to a claim?

Some one could suggest they were sold the genuine items as advertised only to get replicas.

It can work both ways.....

Look mate, you know full well as we've spoke about this before that the wheels are replicas and again in the link they're in there own section called 'BBS Replicas' which really gives it away. Don't try and stir up trouble for other businesses just because your own business is struggling.

The reason for my post was placed on this forum was exactly the same reason as the similar comments were placed on the UKMK4 web site. For this I stand by the comments. Indeed the the UKMK4 forum adminstrators have advised you to refrain from similar post.

With regard to your comments about my company, I have been trading for over 15 years, I have a large workshop and warehouse a properly formed LTD company, VAT registered, unlke yourself.
So in short I have not been around for 5 mins.

I trust this clarifies my position again, should I stumble across any misleading posts negating to BBS products, I will comment in a similar way.

As said in the PM, we have premises, infact we have 2 premises, we are VAT registered and Tabs from UKMKIVs hasn't mentioned anything to us about any posts we've made on the UKMKIVs site.

Can we please end this petty argueing and can you stop trying to create trouble and i'll let you get back to your Ebay shop.

I am please you have amended your posts above and this matter is resolved.

It may seem petty/small minded etc however it is against UK consumer laws to mislead customers.
 
I havn't ammended any post, just made a note that we've sold out of the wheels for the time being.

hmmmmm,

dpm = just under 2000 posts, and a site sponsor

pwmotorsport = site sponsor? 6 posts and hijacking DPM's part of the forum.

while I see you may have a valid point, as a forum member i'd personally rather you kept your opinions to yourself until atleast you have contributed to this forum a little more.
