@JamesCrs3 @Phil3 Get onto Audi CS and see where they are but the boat takes a day at most to cross so your cars should both be in the UK port now.

I know my S3 came across on a Friday and status didn't change until Tuesday night (so Wednesday update).

Yea I’m guessing it should be! Phil Robinson the salesman’s called... he’s be spot on so far, emailed with updates every now and again and was good to deal with when getting the order initially sorted

So my car was transported at Lunchtime Wednesday. Dealer said it will arrive Thursday and they should be able to have it ready for me that afternoon depending on when it arrives.

The tracker has however already updated to status 70. Technically it is correct but it’s just a few hours ahead of reality.

I'm going to an event at 10pm 28th Feb and rolling at midnight so technically for me it's less than 3 weeks (every little helps haha)

Ive got to be honest despite all my complaints and all my constant emails and calls the dealer was super nice to me and gave me a bottle of Moët and an Audi iPhone cable to say thank you.

...out of interest, have others been getting anything in the form of free gifts when collecting their new pride and joys?
 
I've been offered an Audi Sport driving day by my dealers - anyone else had that? Is it good?

I think the iPhone cable is tossed in with all of them. Shame as it is about as much use to me as a chocolate teapot as I have a Samsung S7......

Updates from my side. On the 29th my car was finished and waiting for transport according to Customer Service guy. He called me again on the 2nd of February to let me know that my car was already on the boat and was expected to arrive to Spain on the 15th.

According to my dealer (on the 7th of February), though, my car was finished but still waiting for transport...

Man, I am getting nervous!

@Phil3 my order updated to 70 today, so most likely yours is too mate if you check. Not long to go now 2 and a half weeks :grin:

The car is sitting there ready for you now; in actual fact I thought my car arrived Thursday but the dealer told me it actually arrived Wednesday.

You could be driving around in it now... who cares about an 18 plate!
 
Mines sitting at Emden now waiting for a vessel to the UK... wish there was a way to find out which boat it will be on other than guessing!

How long delay from port to UK usually?

Being this close to an 18 plate coming out I personally think it’s a no brainer to wait... as of Monday I’m away for a couple of week so that’ll take me nicely to March 1st

Just been sent a load of photos of my car by the salesman... it was in a bay in their garage... I’m guessing doing the PDI... anything about yours yet?

Nice! Not yet mate, emailed the dealer end if last week about a few things, not got back to me yet. Hopefully some time today.

Yea I emailed asking a few things last Thursday... no reply... but he sent me them on WhatsApp today haha

Well got the order number off Audi Preston and called Audi customer services, my order was only excepted be them this month and still no build date till maybe next week. Anyone else have this problem?

Anyone want to guess when I might get my car lol getting closer to 2019 at this rate lol

Looks like they managed to change a car they already had on order to your spec. They tried to do that for me but the 2 cars they had coming where locked early that week.

I ordered 21 Nov and car is at dealers now, yours should be as well. Has Preston Audi used all of its 2018 alllocation?
