Front End Stone Chip Protection

I havent done it personally but I know a lot of porsche owners go in for this type of solution.

My partners step dad works for Parr Racing in Crawley and they use this company for all customers porsches who require it - went along to a show day not so long ago and saw how it was done - it is recommended.

Anybody know how much this costs? My car is due out of the bodyshop this week so would be nice to get this done in the near future.

Any cheaper or alternatives? Venture Shield ranges from £400 to £450 for the two places down south that I rang recently.

My S3 has the whole front end, bonmet and some high use areas done by previous owner, so not sure how much it cost... The amount of stone chips this thing stopped is impressive though. Even a pheasant tried it on at one point - the bonnet did need a quick polish which repaired all of the damage.

Venture shield is much more resilient to stones than plastidip, but does cost quite a bit more I'd imagine.

Partial Front End which includes almost a third of Bonnet, fronts of Wings, front bumper and Wing Mirrors.
Airstream also did a section on the rear bumper and fronts of the rear arches. Difficult to tell its been wrapped from some of the pics but have shared all the same.

I beg to differ, plus I have heard of vehicles suffering from cloudy paintwork after extended use

No clouds for me , just sunshine since I've been taking the pills.

Another bonus is you get to call your car Zorro or named after your favourite horse because it emulates a nose bag .

I had my TT Roadster done. Had it done by a company in Birmingham called Covertech. They do a lot for the Morgan factory. Payed £650 for pretty much the whole front end. TT is expensive as the bonnet is huge and I wanted the whole bonnet covered. Did a fantastic job and would use them again.

I have had my whole RS3 wrapped with PPF by Steve from mint condition in Romford he has previously wrapped the front end and high damage areas on two of the S3's I have owned it's one of the best stone chip protection films if you warm it up after it has been marked it self heals.

I contacted Steve too. His work looks good but was far more expensive than airstream if I am honest

Yeah he is expensive 3.5k for the full car but it looks good though
