Spotters Thread For 8V Chassis

Red S3 3 door giving it the beans in Calne, Wiltshire last week.

Look like had the 10 spoke alloys. Super Sports seats, maybe pano roof.

Super noisy from behind. Love it.

Pulled up to a set of lights this morning to see two saloons on the opposite side of the junction. One White, one monsoon ( I think). Was a bit of rubber necking going on. Not so rare now it seems. 'Twas in Northampton around Sol Central BTW.
 
Silver S3 SB in Dundee tonight. First S3 I've seen since getting mine 2 month ago.
 
I saw a Red 14 reg S3 near Maidstone Kent last night but the driver looked quite old, late 50,s maybe , lucky him.
 
First S3 I've seen on the road since I got mine 9 months ago; black and travelling on the A51 round Nantwich on friday about 13.30.
 
Red, S-Line, TDI Saloon, with 19’s. Right next to me at the ****** lights at Tesco’s Mereway in Northampton.

Had to double take as I was in my sisters car at the time and was about to have a fit. Almost identical to mine, with the addition of tinted windows.
 
Glacier white S3 SB with 10 spoke alloys parked in Charlotte street car park, Bath. Personalised plate.

If it's your car please lose the gopping black number plate surround that Bath Audi fit to their. It just looks wrong.

The above now has been sold & replaced with an Audi exclusive paint sprint blue (I think lol) A3 Sportback petrol s-line

I took delivery of my Audi A3 Sportback 1.4TFSI COD Attraction S-tron last Monday morning (25th Aug).
It is well optioned with:

Assistance Pack
Street Legal Window Tint
Paint & Alloy Protection
So far I am extremely happy with the car and with Audi Centre Perth in Western Australia. Delivery was three weeks earlier than predicted, thanks Guy's. Now I just need to figure out all the controls......

White S3 M5 south, you pulled into portbury services after giving it some beans around the micra doing 40 on a motorway.

I saw a red S3 at around 12:30 going north on the M6 yesterday. At stand still due to traffic just north of stoke junction
 
Saw my very first 8V S3, parked up, yesterday while we were passing through Yarm High St. Cleveland

Amalfi white HB. Looked very nice indeedy :thumbs up:

Must say the S3 HB suits that colour IMO
 
Black S3 SB with chrome on the M3 this morning at fleet anybody's?, was being enticed by a 235i but didn't bite

I was starting to think my Amalfi S3 was a rare beast. Think the only other one I've seen is a member who lives in Australia.:w00t:

There was a post on here about my new S3 but I had it removed because they had spotted it outside my workplace and given the exact location (including the street name) and it made me nervous seeing that on a public forum.

Really should keep the locations a bit vague otherwise this thread just becomes a handy shopping directory for thieves!

See you point, I said Stoke On Trent in mine so very vague. As if someone posted exact location lol

Back on topic. 64 plate Misano S3 SB in Swindon today - very, very shiny. Pano roof and LED headlights.

Ah....that might be my bad! Think I may have made that post and in hindsight reading your post I gave a bit more detail as it looked like it was parked up in visitor spaces (I was visiting the estate and parked near by). :oops:

Was such a stunning looking car I thought the owner would def be on the forum as it was immaculate ! Many apologies and lesson learnt.
I'll go on naughty step tonight :asskicking:

Don't worry about it, no harm done.

When I saw your post every other thread on the forum seemed to be talking about how easy it is to steal new Audis without the keys so I thought I'd better get it removed just in case.

Merlin purple s3 SB spotted m6 southbound around Stafford on Saturday morning, looked top dog.
 
Since ordering my S3, I saw my first S3 on the road yesterday afternoon - a Sepang Blue 64 plate SB going southbound on the M3 past the A303 turn off and doing rooti-toot in the outside lane. Looks fab on the road!
