Post Pics Of Your A3/S3 8v In Here

Monsoon Grey S3 lowered on H&R Springs and with wheel spacers front and rear.

Looks great.. do you have any rubbing issues with the spacers?

Not as yet. Not had more than 2 people in the car recently though. No issues with 2 people though.
Will update you once I've had more in the car.

Well I've had a car full today and happy to report that I've had no rubbing issues.
I am getting my rota wheels refurbed next week which will have slightly stretched tyres
8.5 inch wheel with 8 inch tyres so minimal really. Will put some photos up if them too.

Hello all,
This is my first time posting in the forums.

I got my A3 about a month ago, it has a 1.2 TFSI petrol engine, the color is scuba blue.
I'm from Costa Rica, I don't know if this version is available in Europe, this is an entry level version of the A3.

Very nice.

Are you running on 16" wheels?

How do you find the ride on the SE suspension (which I assume you have)?

My car arrived at the dealers today. Will hopefully pick it up this weekend.

Don't like the colour at all. Sorry but it doesn't suit the saloon or any S3 imo. Hope you like it...well you gottta live with it.

That's the beauty about tastes and opinions. Everyone has one and they all are not necessarily the same.

I would imagine you have chosen a grey, black or white vehicle for a more conservative approach. I'm not a conservative person I prefer things a little more loud. :)

Fair comment. Having previously owned sprint blue and racing blue mica I went with a more 'conservative' blue, Estoril blue crystal effect which offers exploding pop effect in the sun and a sophisticated British discerning gentlemen look when overcast.

Awesome colour mate!

Looks like Porsche Riviera Blue to me, though a little hard to tell from that photo. Could be French racing blue but that's a fair bit lighter.
Yep! It's Riviera blue. Once I get the car, I'll take some pics in the sunlight.

Finally get round to doing this
Car Side DSC 0079 1 10565177 682148195205582 8967371462658634438 n

Excuse the dirt on the last photo, was just to show the fitment of the wheels when they were first on

Not sure why two of the photos haven't uploaded as thumbnails but they still work when clicked

Indeed they are. Paint pop is just an added bonus ;-)
Car goes in for detail before pickup next week.

I think mine 'pops' a little more than your blue and it's not even in the sun

Definitely not gentlemenesque though!

That's a better pic! Nice colour. No flake no pop though sorry, it definitely ain't crystal like Portuguese blue :p still nice though but not at the premium audi charge

I came very close to ordering Riviera Blue but decided against it at the last minute and ordered Nogaro Blue.

Do love Riviera but I couldn't live with it as a daily driver for the missus

Mine in nogaro (again ;) )

Really need to get some decent pics sorted of mine.
